1. Overview
At 100CLAN, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what data we store, how to request its deletion, and what to expect after your request is processed.
2. What We Store
When you create an account or log in using a third-party provider (such as Google or Facebook), we may store the following information:
- Your name, email address, and profile picture
- Your creator handle and bio
- Platform connections and associated public profile data (e.g., follower counts)
- Session and login activity logs
- Any content you create on the platform (collaborations, messages, etc.)
3. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:
Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your 100CLAN account
- A statement requesting deletion of your data (e.g., "I request the deletion of my account and all personal data.")
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
4. Facebook Login Data
If you logged in to 100CLAN using Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID, name, email, and profile picture through the Facebook Login integration. This data is stored in our database to authenticate your account.
When you request data deletion:
- Your Facebook-linked profile data will be permanently removed from our systems
- Your Firebase Authentication record will be deleted
- Any session logs tied to your account will be purged
You can also remove 100CLAN's access to your Facebook data directly from your Facebook App Settings. This revokes our access but does not automatically delete data already stored — please also email us to complete the deletion.
5. What Happens Next
Once your deletion request is confirmed:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytics purposes
- Data required for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records) may be retained as required by law
You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
